STAT Duct-Deodorizing Solution:

STAT is a liquid, water-soluble, technical deodorizing concentrate. It is non-toxic, biodegradable, enzyme-free and is not considered an allergen or sensitizer. STAT contains no bactericides, phenol or phenol derivatives or metallic salts. It is free rinsing and leaves no residue. STAT is phosphate-free and will not contaminate edible food or potable water.
STAT works on the basis of odor conjugation. The product immediately combines with unpleasant odors to form a mild, neutral aroma that rapidly dissipates to an odor-free condition. STAT will not irritate animal or plant matter.

Safety
STAT is manufactured from ingredients generally regarded as safe by the Environmental Protection Agency. We have M.S.D.S., oral, derma, and ocular toxicity tests available.

Application
Apply directly on malodorous areas using any type of spray equipment. Saturate affected area thoroughly. Check for colorfast of material.

Product can be diluted 10, 20 and 30 to 1. Dilution rate is based on individual application. Do not store in sunlight and keep container closed when not in use.

Application Areas

Oxine HVAC

Since Oxine's development in 1971, it has become recognized internationally as the premier sanitizer in multiple application areas. Its low toxicity and high efficacy against pathogenic bacteria make it one of the most versatile and widely-recognized sanitizers in the food processing, water treatment, seafood and HVAC industries.
Oxine-HVAC is registered by the EPA specifically for the sanitation of HVAC systems and duct work, and is also a registered Tuberculocidal.

As a pioneering product in critical point microbial control, Oxine-HVAC is scientifically-proven effective against Legionella pneumophila, Aspergillus fumigatus, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycobacterium bovis (Tuberculosis) and numerous other disease-causing organisms. In addition, Oxine-HVAC eliminates these and many other microbial concerns in a matter of seconds - then breaks down into simple table salt.

In addition to its EPA registration, Oxine is approved by the FDA and USDA to ensure the user of its efficacy and safety. The solution is clear, stable and virtually odorless allowing Oxine to be safely stored and transported without special consideration.

USE INSTRUCTIONS FOR HVAC SYSTEMS

Use Oxine-HVAC as a Tuberculocidal and terminal sanitizer to eliminate gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria/yeasts, mold and fungi.

As required by the EPA, the treated area must evacuated prior to the application. Once the area has been treated, the area should be ventilated and allowed to air for one hour before repopulating. No one other than applicator should be allowed in work area during treatment.

To ensure absolute duct sanitation, the system must be mechanically cleaned, vacuumed, or blown free of dust, mold, soil and debris prior to using Oxine-HVAC. Cover all air vents with filter media and use drop cloths around work areas, as this product may fade some fabrics.

APPLICATION METHOD 1
Place system under positive pressure with system fan. Spray, fog or wipe Oxine-HVAC into duct work, coils, drain pan and grills. For best coverage, access system at each vent, or cut access holes for longer runs.

Place system under negative pressure with duct vac. Spray, fog or wipe Oxine-HVAC into duct work, coils, drain pan and grills. For best coverage, access system at each vent, or cut access holes for longer runs.

TOXICITY AND SAFETY
One of Oxine-HVAC's trademark qualities is its low toxicity and safety rating by the EPA. Rated as a category III, Oxine-HVAC does not leave an active chemical residue, and quickly degrades to simple table salt. Oxine-HVAC does not use any propellants or flammable ingredients, enhancing its safety qualities. Oxine-HVAC is a NO-RINSE product, making it very easy to apply. Once Oxine-HVAC is applied, it dries leaving the system virtually residue-free.

APPLICATION METHODS

• Oxine-HVAC should be applied by the applicator wearing a NIOSH / MSHA approved respirator with an Organic Vapor / Acid Gas Cartridge. Secure proper respiratory and eye wear protection prior to activation.
• Pour 3.25 fl. oz. of Oxine-HVAC concentrate (20,000) into a suitable mixing container.
• Add 10 grams of Oxine-HVAC activator crystals to the Oxine-HVAC concentrate.
• Mix and let stand for 5 minutes before dilution.
• Prepare solution in a well-ventilated area. Avoid breathing fumes that may be produced while crystals are dissolving.
• After mixing, add one gallon of clean water to the activated Oxine-HVAC. Dilution ratio is 1:40. Final use dilution is 500 ppm. Each gallon will treat 1,000 - 1,500 sq. ft.
• Mixed solution is good for up to one week when stored in a closed container away from direct sunlioht

EnviroCON

Deodorizer - Bacteriostat - Fungistat

When clearing air ducts use EnviroCON as a part of a regularly scheduled maintenance plan to ensure fresh clean air. For bacteria, mold, mildew, fungi and algae, there is not an easier, safer or more effective product on the market.

Specific to the HVAC industry EnvlroCON product is a highly-effective in eliminating odor-causing microorganisms as well as those associated with mold, mildew and bacterial growth. It is rated by the EPA as a category IV product with the lowest toxicity rating. As a result, EnviroCON can be used in occupied spaces. EnviroCQN does not use any environmentally damaging propellants or flammable ingredients.

A point of contact application, EnviroCON eliminates odors at their source through a chlorine dioxide release-process that destroys organisms at their origin. EnviroCON uses no perfumes or masking agents

Extraction Systems’ chlorine dioxide technology is a patented application directed at controlling microorganisms. Chlorine Dioxide is a powerful antimicrobial compound effective; against a wide range of both gram-positive and gram-negative organisms as well as yeasts and molds.

Use Instructions

• For deodorization or general odor control, apply a liberal amount of EnviroCON to the affected area. For example, apply EnviroCON directly to system duct work, drip pans, evaporator coils and other air conditioning elements to eliminate odors associated with bacteria, mold, mildew, fungi, yeast and algae.
• For stasis microbial control, the system first must be cleaned and sanitized using Oxine-HVAC, then followed up with a routine maintenance program of EnviroCON.
• Apply a liberal, non-diluted amount of EnviroCON into the system intake while the system fan is running to ensure complete microbial environmental control. One gallon of EnviroCON will treat approximately 1,000 to 1,500 square feet.
• Allow several minutes of application time for adequate system coverage.

Toxicity and Safety

It dries leaving the system virtually residue-free.

Using a hand-held fogger or an air-driven sprayer, EnviroCON is easily applied to all HVAC systems including commercial, industrial, institutional and residential.
